The Deaf Peacock Visits | July 14 2026

Bring your kids, friends, teachers, neighbors, or anyone who loves children’s books and wants to learn more about Deaf culture and literacy.

I’ll also share the story behind how The Deaf Peacock Literacy Project began, what inspired me to write these books, and why creating Deaf representation in children’s literature is so important to me. I’ll be happy to answer questions and sign books as well.

We’ll enjoy good pizza, great craft beer, and an evening of conversation and community. I’d love to meet you and hope you’ll join us.
